What is Manga?
Manga is the Japanese word for comics (sometimes also called komikku) and print cartoons. It is widely read by children and adults of all ages, so that it has a broad range of subjects and topics, including action/adventure, romance, sports and games, historical drama, comedy, science fiction and fantasy, mystery, horror, sexuality, and business and commerce, among others. 1. MangaGig.com – This site hosts some Japanese manga series which aims to help popularize them in several countries.
2. Manga Volume – It hosts 300+ (and counting) manga series. Some of these series are uploaded by members which helps in expanding the site and having it more updated.
Where to download FREE manga?
1. Free Manga Download – offers hundreds of free Japanese manga series for download. This site is constantly updated so you are sure to get the freshest manga online.
2. Manga 4Otaku – offers three ways to download manga:
- as a guest – everybody can access this page and most of the series are hosted by RapidShare, Sendfile and other hosting services which requires you to wait for a certain time limit before you can download another file again. Some files may not already available for download because of inactivity.
- as a registered member – where only registered members can access. Similarly, these files are also hosted by free hosting services and may also require a download time limit.
- and as a direct member – where files are hosted to their own server which means no wait, no limit. You have to pay some amount though to gain access.

Why is it important to list your website in web directories? Web directories were hot before the advent of search engines. Previously, people go to these directories to find quality websites, a potential referring traffic for web masters. However, these days, search engines made it easier for internet users to find what they’re looking for; directories were forgotten since then, sadly, even by webmasters.
SEO giants have long been stressing about the importance of building inbound links through web directories. Submitting your site to good and high-PR directories is one way of getting quality links that are highly valued by the search engines. Web directories are mainly human edited, thus a website must pass a strict criteria to get listed, hence quality links are only listed. These links are search engine friendly. Since they are organized in highly focused categories making them an invaluable resource for search engines to measure the quality and the relevance of a website.
Web directories are, thus, important not because they give direct referral traffic, but because they are given importance by the search engines to qualify and rank web pages and determine their relevance.
However, the tedious job of manually submitting your website to high-ranked directories prevents most webmasters to utilize them. Most of directories require you to sign up prior to adding links as their way of preventing spam submissions. So, imagine how many sign up forms you have to fill to list your websites. Just the thought of it is already tiring and takes a hell lot of time!
Good thing there are available tools that can help webmasters to add their links to these directories. One of the great one I’ve tried is Directory Submitter. Enchanted Kingdom is now open daily at 10 am to 12 midnight.
Just the other day, our department (Department of Pediatrics of Jose R. Reyes Memorial Medical center) had its Christmas outing, this time around we had an enchanted getaway at Enchanted Kingdom, Sta Rosa Laguna. Because it was on holiday season, we were greeted by hundreds of people (the theme park probably had over thousands of people) that we had to wait for 2 hours while falling in line on each ride. Probably, going there during the holidays is not recommended if you want to take advantage of their Ride-All-You-Can pass. Or it is best if you go there earlier.
The park was open on weekends (Saturday and Sunday at 11 am to 9pm) and weekdays (on Thursday and Friday at 12 noon to 7pm). For the holiday season, the park opens daily from 10:00 am to 12:00 midnight from December 19, 2009 to January 3, 2010 to accommodate the thousands of guests.

Child is FREE if 35 inches below

You can avail of discounted ticket prices (by 20%) by bringing a valid government employee ID which can carry over maximum of 10 persons with a minimum of 4. The third chapter of Batman, the possible sequel to The Dark Knight is regarded to be one of the highly-anticipated of chapter of the comic-movie series. American alternative rock band, The Killers, composed of Brandon Flowers (vocals, keyboards), Dave Keuning (guitar, vocals), Mark Stoermer (bass guitar, vocals) and Ronnie Vannucci Jr. (drums, percussion) will search for their next “victims” in the Philippines. I have been complaining about the unsolicited Smart Telecom advisories about their current promos. I have been receiving annoying logos, as annoying as a sexy girl posing with her bikini. I also receive some monotones with .amr format. They say it’s free but if you subscribe you can receive related stuff within a week. I say these were unsolicited because I have not subscribed or activated any of their service. Well, maybe this could be a course to all Smart Buddy or Prepaid subscribers. We are all bound to receive these text spams.
I have been sending “Alerts Off” messages to 211, as stated at end of their text alerts, to unsubscribe, but to no avail. An automated reply says that the service will be deactivated after 2 days or 48 hours but I still receive them, after that span of time. In fact, I still receive these alerts until now when I have already unsubscribed for three times already. I have sent a complaint letter a couple of times already but I always get a “we’ll see to your problem” replies. The customer care hotline is always busy as expected.
To all Smart subscribers who once had this problem, how did you deactivate your text alerts?
