    PAL does not understand customer service nor can they live up to their WE CARE motto. I called to purchase tickets only to be redirected to online booking but the website claims the pronmo is not available for online booking. When i called again, I was made to wait for more than 20 minutes still with no definite answer on their Manila Bangkok Promo. No wonder cebu pacific has surpassed them in though PAL is the flag carrier. they are unprofessianl and unreliable!!!!
