Budget airline, Cebu Pacific, offered Piso-fare anew for all domestic and international destination. The ticket sale dubbed as “Juan You Love P1 seat sale”, went on sale Friday midnight and for all Philippine and international flights at midnight Friday. It offered 111,111 seats for P1 each, for travel from June 11 to December 10, 2013.
Tickets were sold out fast due to the limited availability of the seats. The website bugged down many times due to the surge of traffic as customers tried to book for the cheap flights.
Cebu Pacific’s P1 fare promo is exclusive of the other charges such as the P100 admin fee 12% VAT of P12.12 and terminal fee of P200. For a domestic flight, customers will only pay for P313.12 one-way.
For international flights, passengers paid for the P1 base fare, P100 admin fee, P550 terminal fee, P1,620 travel tax and other country-specific taxes.
