De La Salle Lady Spikers are the UAAP Season 73 Women’s Volleyball Champion 2011

The De La Salle University (DLSU) Lady Spikers got their 6th Championship title for the UAAP Women’s division in today’s UAAP Women’s Volleyball Finals 2011. They outshone the defending champion UST Tigresses. It was a strong win for the DLSU Lady Spikers, as they dominated the court with a straight 3-set advantage over the Tigresses.

The scores were 25-18, 25-17, and 28-26 on sets 1, 2, and 3 favoring the Lady Spikers. Cha Cruz won the Most Valuable Player of the UAAP Season 73 Women’s Volleyball Finals.
