As December is fast approaching, movie industry is starting to prepare for the 38th Metro Manila Film Festival, which will be on December of this year.
Submission of entries for the festival has already started. The first one to submit was ER Ejercito’s Scenema concept which has submitted 2 entries: El Presidente and Ben Tumbling.

Some movie outfits have already submitted their entries for the 38th MMFF. The first one to submit was ER Ejercito’s Scenema concept which has 2 scripts for El Presidente and Ben Tumbling. The next was the Unitel which will produce Lola Basyang Story.

The submitted entries will still be subjected to MMFF Screening Committees’ approval. So far, the committee will be choosing from 6 drama, 2 fantasy, 2 comedy, 2 horror, and 1 romantic comedy.
MMFF 2012 will premiere on Christmas Day of this year.
