Top 12 Senators in January 2013 Pulse Asia Pre-Election Survey result revealed
Barely four months prior to the May 2013 National Elections, a Pulse Asia Survey showed that only three out of 10 Filipinos have a complete list of their senatorial bets.
The top 3 spots in the probable Magic 12 are still occupied by re-electionist Senators Loren Legarda, Francis “Chiz” Escudero and Alan Peter Cayetano, respectively.
The top 12 senators in January 2013 Pulse Asia Survey include:
1. Loren Legarda – 58%
2. Francis Escudero – 54.3%
3. Alan Peter Cayetano – 48.9%
4. Nancy Binay – 43.6%
5. JV Ejercito – 43.5%
6. Antonio Trillanes IV – 41.1%
7. Aquilino Pimentel III – 40.7%
8. Juan Ponce Enrile Jr. – 40.4 %
9. Cynthia Villar – 39.1%
10. Miguel Zubiri – 37.6%
11. Edgardo “Sonny” Angara – 37.1%
12. Gringo Honasan – 36.8%
The survey was conducted from January 19 to 30 among 1,800 registered voters and had an error margin of +/-2 percent at the 95 percent confidence level.
