How to Download Mp3s from Imeem, Last FM, Myspace Music and Pandora for FREE?

Imeem, Last FM, MySpace Music and Pandora are probably four of the most popular music streaming sites that enable their users to listen to their user-uploaded music for free. However, most of these sites does not allow you to download the tracks directly. This becomes a frustration to many.

Imagine this scenario: You have just listened to a good, but rare music from Imeem, which instantly become your favorite. You search all over it over Google, Yahoo, file-sharing sites like 4shared.com, Rapidshare, and P2P programs like Limewire. But all of the searches returned “No Results”. Imagine how frustrating it is. I personally experience the frustration especially when I am listening to a playlist in Imeem. The only possible way to get the track is to pay for it in iTunes or Amazon. But who does want to pay when he/she can acquire it for free?

So to end up my frustrations, I looked for ways to download the mp3s or tacks from Imeem, Last FM, MySpace, Pandora, and the like. Here are a step by step procedure to do this.

First thing, you need the great online downloading tool from Smallvideosoft website.

How to change the layout of your Facebook profile?

I’ve been using Facebook for sometime now and I think it’s way better than Friendster or other social networking site because of its interactivity and several applications to liven up your profile.  But one thing I found lacking in Facebook – the ability to change your layout.

Days ago, I received an invitation to join a group that can help me customize my Facebook profile layout.  They provided some simple steps to change your background image, color, and orientation of your Facebook layout.

1.  You have to join the group  Color Your Facebook Profile.

2.  You have to invite all your friends list to join.  This is because your new layout can only be viewed by friends who have installed the application.  Your profile will still appear as default when viewed by non-registered members.

3.  You have to install the application on your PC. For Mozilla Firefox, you can install the application through http://www.yontoo.com/DownloadFFClient.aspx.  For Internet Explorer, use this link – http://www.yontoo.com/DownloadIEClient.asp.  After installation on IE, click Go to PageRage Facebook App (Green Box). Then choose your preferred design and you click SELECT in the blue boxes and that´s it.

Who Will Run for May 2010 Presidential Elections?

It’s still one year more before the May 2010 elections, yet, most Filipinos are already interested in knowing who will be running for the May 2010 Presidential elections, especially for the top positions like the presidency, vice presidency and senatorial.

Everyone is asking, who will be running for president, vice president and senators?

According to surveys (Pulse Asia), the top contenders for presidency are:

De Castro, Noli “Kabayan” L.
– Occupying the second top position being the vice president with clean track records (not much controversy, if any at all, has been associated with his name), he has a potential to run for presidency. He was also urged before to replace President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo by the latter’s detractors during her chaotic times. Being a big media personality before will also be his edge over the other candidates. Although, his insufficient political background may leave the voters rethink if he was to be voted. we are all aware that he became “vice president without experience”, as you many may term it. But then, who can say that vice presidency is not much of an experience to edge the other candidates. Noli de Castro I think will get the support of the masses, especially those who have benefited from his “pabahay” program.

Escudero, Francis “Chiz” G.
– His “Say Chiz” slogan resounds to everybody. He has the heart of the youth because of his Youth Empowerment advocacy, which comprise a large part of the voting population. Being the number 1 senator, he has very much potential to run for presidency. In fact, survey says that he tops the people’s choice for presidency. He “Bamboo-look-alike” features which retain to everyone’s mind, is also a plus.

Estrada, Joseph “Erap” – I don’t know if the Filipino voters had lost their sense of judgment but sadly, recent survey says that he’s one of the big contenders for presidency come May 2010 Elections. I guess being the “underdog” which most Filipinos could relate too, has become his edge. Before he was freed from prison due to corruption, plunder and several other charges, he was expressing his disinterest to run for public office again. But what happen when reports surfaced that he is going to run for presidential spot again? When will Filipinos learn again?

Villar, Manuel “Manny/Mr. Sipag at Tiyaga” Jr
. – He was known for supporting the Overseas’ Filipino Workers’ (OFW) welfare. His popularly known “rags-to-riches” story clicked to the masses, when he was voted as one of the 12 Senators. His story remains an inspiration to many, especially those from the low socio-economic classes and this will remain his edge over the other candidates.

Other possible presidentiables are Loren Legarda, Manuel Roxas, Panfilo Lacson, and Jejomar Binay.

For vice presidency, survey says that Escudero is pretty much assured of the position if he opted to run for vice president instead. His major opponent will be Loren Legarda, if she also chose to run for the position instead.

For the senatorial race, a recent Pulse Asia Survey ranked the people’s preference for senators which include:

  1. Estrada, Jinggoy
  2. Cayetano, Pia “Compañera Pia” S.
  3. Roxas, Manuel “Mar/Mr.Palengke”
  4. Defensor-santiago, Miriam
  5. Drilon, Franklin “Frank” M.
  6. Madrigal, Jamby
  7. Revilla, Ramon “Bong” Jr.
  8. Pimentel, Aquilino “Koko” L.
  9. Recto, Ralph “Korecto” G.
  10. Osmena, Sergio “Serge” III
  11. Sotto, Vicente “Tito” III C
  12. Gordon, Richard “Dick”

Prominent TV personalities like Edu Manzano, Korina Sanchez and Willie Revillame have also made it to the list of senatoriables and are among the people’s choices.
