As Typhoon Juaning exits the Philippines, ‘Kabayan’, a new tropical storm is expected to enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) on Saturday, July 29.
According to the PAGASA, Kabayan is approximately located 1400kms east of Visayas and it’s still out of PAR. However, it is expected to enter PAR in the next 48 hours. Kabayan is moving Northwest at 15 kph, with a maximum wind speed of 54 kph near the center and maximum win gust speed of 83 kph according to the Japan Meteorological Agency. With this movement, it may hit Philippines Saturday, July 30, 2011.
