PAGASA announced that as of 4:00 a.m. today, July 26, Tropical Depression (Bagyong) “JUANING” was estimated based on satellite and surface data at 130 km East of Virac, Catanduanes with maximum sustained winds of 55 kph near the center. It is forecast to move West Northwest at 17 kph.
