PRC announces May 2013 CPA board exam new schedule.
The Professional Regulation Commission or PRC announces on Friday, March 8, that the first Licensure Examination for Certified Public Accountants (CPA) for this year has been moved to May 19,20 and 26, 27, 2013. The CPA board exam was originally scheduled on May 12, 13 and 19,20, 2013.
The Board of Accountancy through Board Resolution No. 57 dated March 5, 2013 stressed the need to re-schedule the dates of the examination as the second day falls on date of the national elections on May 13, 2013 to ensure its smooth and orderly administration.
The CPA licensure exam will be held in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan De Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, and Legazpi.
The deadline of filing of application will be on April 22, 2013 as stated in the licensure examination schedules released by the PRC.
