Many Pinoy Big Brother Unlimited viewers have been asking of the title of the songs played during the Unliday housemates’ dance performance on the first eviction night, and I’m admitting I was one of them. The first three songs were familiar to me – “Rock with You” (the one sang by Jessica Connelly, one of the housemates), “Pretty Girls” by Iyaz, and “Look at Me Now” by Chris Brown.
The fourth song, thanks to a visitor of this blog, was “Party Hard” by Vincent Bueno. It caught everyone’s interest. I thought it was sang by an international artist – the likes of Chris Brown, Usher, etc – but it was humbling to know that it’s a Vincent Bueno track.
Who is Vincent Bueno?
Vincent Bueno, 25 years old, is born to both Ilocano parents in Vienna, Austria. He made a mark in Austrian music industry when he was hailed as grand winner of an Austrian television musical contest, Musical! Die Show (Musical! The Show) last 2008.
The R&B singer made a career move to the Philippines when he signed for a recording contract under ABS-CBN Star Records to release his album entitled “Suitcase”, which he was popularly known of back in Austria. He was launched in ASAP XV as mid-quarter of 2010, since then his name got noticed as a promising singer.
