The 2013 Himig Handog P-Pop Love Songs Finals night was held at the SM Mall of Asia Arena on February 24, 2013. Out of the over 2000 entries submitted from 7 countries, 12 original love songs were chosen as the finalists.
Not surprisingly, Daniel Padilla, with his millions fan base, took home almost all major awards. His ‘Nasa Iyo Na Ang Lahat won 2nd prize of TFC Choice Award, 1st prize of Star Records Buyer Award, 1st prize Astig Tambayan Choice Award, 1st prize MOR Choice Award and MYX Music Video Award.

- 1st Prize: ‘This Song Is For You’ by Erik Santos
- 2nd Prize: ‘Nasa Iyo Na Ang Lahat’ by Daniel Padilla
