Globe recently introduces new plans for cheaper surfing they call POWERSURF15. For as low as 15 pesos, subscribers can now surf for a total of 1 hour consumable by the minute, all within 1 day. So its equivalent to per minute charging.
All you have to do is text POWERSURF15 and send it to 8888. Remember that you need to have at least 1 peso* in your Prepaid account to enjoy the service. For other subscription rates, you can also register P30 and P50, and you have at least P5 pesos load to enjoy the service.
