I’ve been a prepaid cellphone subscriber ever since I got my first cellular phone. I preferred the prepaid one over postpaids because it meant for savings for me back then as a student, as I didn’t use text messaging and calling that much. It was also more convenient for me because I didn’t have to pay my bills monthly and prepaid loads are available everywhere.
But now, as a physician at a government hospital, we have many phone transactions to do, especially when referring to consultants and contacting our co-residents, so using a prepaid line is no longer convenient. We have to upgrade using postpaid plans. My personal preferrence is the SUN Cellular Easy Line 250, which gives me unlimited Sun-to-Sun texts with 20 minutes call allocation per day (with a total of 10 hours per month), for only P250 per month, without the holding period so you can cut off your subscription anytime you want, unlike in postpaid plans. Another good thing about this plan is that the unused call minutes add up to the succeeding days. You can also retain your old Sun prepaid number if you want, you just have to pay P700 (that’s good for 3 monthly service fees). With Sun Cellular Easy Line 250, you pay the SIM minus the handset. You have to provide your own handset.
To avail of the Sun Cellular Easy Line P250, all you need is a valid I.D. and well filled-up application for available at The Sun Store near you. You can also apply online for your convenience.
Sun Cellular Easy Line 400 is also available. It includes Call & Text Unlimited for Sun-to-Sun, P50 rewards for early payments. It is more affordable by P50 pesos over Sun Unlimited Prepaid Cards.
You have to load a Sun regular load to text to other networks.
