Then, yesterday, miraculously, I have connected to the internet only to get disappointed of what was appearing on my browser. It said that there was a maintenance going on to improve their service. *shrugs* I bought my modem at Smart Wireless Center in TriNoma. I got the white modem but it was defective so I had it replaced with the black one (made by ZTE). In fairness to them, they replaced it immediately upon knowing that the modem was defective. They replace the modem if you can't really use it. Like in my case, the modem could not be detected by my laptop.
