		<description>These past days, I&#039;ve been struggling to connect using my Smart Bro prepaid modem to no avail. Then, yesterday, miraculously, I have connected to the internet only to get disappointed of what was appearing on my browser.  It said that there was a maintenance going on to improve their service. *shrugs* 

I bought my modem at Smart Wireless Center in TriNoma.  I got the white modem but it was defective so I had it replaced with the black one (made by ZTE).  In fairness to them, they replaced it immediately upon knowing that the modem was defective.

They replace the modem if you can&#039;t really use it.  Like in my case, the modem could not be detected by my laptop.</description>

		<description>smart bro that was realy freak! i have prepaid smartbro last 3 months ago, i brought in sm manila in 3800,gosh! i used in 2 or 3 weeks super bagal e, mas maganda pa nga ung dial-up lang e, den nasira yung saksakan ng USB nya. den dinala ko sa sm manila nung pumunta ako akala ko mapapalitan, eh yun e akala ko lang kasi wla daw sila stock, den punta ako ng sm san lazaro nagpabakasakali na meron sila, den sabi skin ng customer service dalhin ko sa citylight, den inayos nila nagbayad pa ako ng 300 kasi wla yung reciept ko nung binili ko e, den i was waiting in 1 week, sobrang tagal, nung makuha ko na sya try ko na sa laptop ko, yung laptop ko naman ang bumibigay kasi namamatay yung laptop ko, i dnt know why, den dinala ko ulit sya dun sa citylight ang sbi nila dun daw sa main aayusin so wait na naman ako ng 1 week! pero ndi na ako nagbayad, ngayon nakuha ko na sya dun, laptop ko naman ang sinira ndi ko matry kung ok sya til now kasi ndi pa rin naayos yung laptop ko.,.. ano gagawin ko sa smartbro na yan! nasasayang ang oras ko kababalik dun sa kanila.. sobrang bagal na nga lalo pag umuulan, shit ndi talaga ako makaconnect.</description>
