PRC releases January 2013 Marine Deck Officers board exam results!
The Professional Regulation Commission announced on Wednesday the list of passers of the Master Mariner Licensure Examination, Chief Mate Licensure Examination and Officer-In-Charge of a Navigational Watch Licensure Examination given by the Board for Marine Deck Officers in Manila and Iloilo this January 2013.

The are a total of 23 out of 47 new Master Mariner, 156 out of 409 Chief Mates and 687 out of 1,247 Officer-In-Charge of a Navigational Watch. Fourty (40) examinees are exempted from taking the practical examinations as they opted to submit a Certificate of Training and Certificate of Assessment in the Ship Simulator and Bridge Teamwork (SSBT).
