Oathtaking and Registration Schedule December 2012 NLE Passers Baguio, Dagupan, Cabanatuan and Laoag announced!
The Professional Regulation Commission or PRC Baguio Regional Office has released the Oathtaking and Registration Schedule December 2012 NLE Passers.
In the recent Nurses Licensure Examination or NLE, 992 of 3,568 (28%) examinees successfully hurdled the test in Baguio, while 402 of 1,743 (23%) passed in Dagupan. A total of 270 of 1,405 (19%) examinees from Cabanatuan passed while 291 of 850 (34%) examinees in Laoag.
With the expect flock of registrants, the PRC Baguio Regional Office has designated processing venues to decongest the regional office. This will also enable passers to save on travel time and expenses.

Registrants shall personally register in order to sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals with the following requirements:
- Duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal;
- 2013 Community Tax Certificate (Cedula);
- Two (2) pieces passport-size pictures and One (1) piece 1”x1” picture (colored with white background and nametag);
- Original and photocopy of NSO Birth Certificate (original copy for presentation purposes only); and
- Initial Registration Fee of P600.00 and Annual Registration Fee of P450.00 for 2013-2016.
