What is better way to spend the Valentine’s Day than being married on that special day for FREE! Pag-IBIG treats its members for a FREE Pag-IBIG mass wedding ceremony.
I saw a poster of the about the Pag-IBIG mass wedding at the Official Gazette of the Philippines website but it had little information of it. So I immediately contacted them to ask for more information.
The event is called “I do. I do. Araw ng Pag-IBIG”, a mass wedding ceremony for Pag-IBIG members. It will be held on February 14, 2013 at 11:00 AM. The tentative venue will either be at SM, Robinson’s or Ayala Mall. Further announcements and final venue will come out later.
All expenses will be paid by Pag-IBIG – the wedding ceremony itself, food for the couple, flower, souvenir, symbolic ring and transportation.
The bride must wear a white dress while the groom must be in white polo shirt and black pants on the day of the wedding.
Interested applicants for the mass wedding must have the following documents:
- NSO Birth Certificate
- Certificate of No Marriage (CENOMAR) from NSO
- Marriage license from the local civil registrar
At least one of the couple should be an active Pag-IBIG member.
For the applicable forms, additional requirements and inquiries about the Pag-IBIG mass wedding, kindly proceed to the Marketing Division of the nearest Pag-IBIG Fund branch.
