Where to buy tickets for Cirque du Soleil “Varekai in Manila 2011″?
I saw the local news report about the amazing show by the Cirque du Soleil, a Canadian entertainment company, self-described as a “dramatic mix of circus arts and street entertainment. It will be a month-long showcase of performances starting from June 22 to July 20, 2011 at the Quirino Grandstand, Rizal Park, Manila.
Tickets are quite costly ranging from Php2,300 to P10,500, depending on the seat location. Discounted tickets are offered to children aged 2 to 12 years. Children under 2 years old are permitted to attend for free, but must remain seated on a parent’s lap at all times. Senior citizens get discounted tickets as well. There is a 20% discount for citizens of the Philippines who are at least 60 years of age.
