The Mnet Asian Music Awards popularly known as MAMA is one of the major K-pop music award ceremonies being held annually, participated by well-known KPop artists and singers.  The event is organized by Mnet Media, one of the biggest entertainment companies in South Korea.  The event is annually held in South Korea until 2010 where it was held in Macau.  This year, the 2012 MAMA is held in Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.
