Enjoy Your Favorite TV Shows with PLDT Watchpad
Few months ago, PLDT MyDSL has offered sort of a freebie to their subscribers by launching PLDT WatchPad. It allows their subscriber to enjoy their favorite shows online. They sent out DVD installers to their myDSL Plan 999, 1995 and 3000 subscribers.
The channels are limited though, it only includes PBO, CNBC, MTV, GO, Animax, CNN, GMA7, Cartoon Network and National Geographic. We have been a PLDT myDSL subscriber for over 2 years now and I’ve been satisfied with the connection speed I get, so having this promotion is an additional satisfaction to their good service.
We only hope that other channels such as ABS-CBN, MYX, Channel V, Disney Channel, AXN, etc, could be made available soon so it can cut us off with our cable TV subscription bills.

Watch-Movies.net Alternative Sites
The widely-visited, most popular even, online movie streaming site, Watch-Movies.net is currently down. The reason behind – we don’t know. It maybe due to database misconfiguration, a hosting problem – maybe due to one of their host’s downtimes. We hope that the current Watch-movies.net problem is due to either these two reasons. We don’t want to hear that it was closed down because it was banned!
Anyway, we this dilemma, movie pirates are switching to alternative sites for Watch-movies.net for online streaming of their favorite movies for free. Here is a list of some of the good sites that you could use:
1. Free-Movie-Watch.com – It also contains loads of your favorite movies from several genres. However, unlike Watch-movies.net, you need to register before you could see the streaming links. Good news though, it’s free to register.
2. SurfTheChannel.com – offers you free streaming of your favorite movies and tv shows.

Katrina Darell: American Idol’s Bikini Girl
The phenomenal American Idol will take the world by storm again on its eighth season. The show premiered on January 13, 2008, with a new judge, Kara DioGuardi joining Randy Jackson, Paula Abdul and Simon Cowell.
Thousands of idol hopefuls across America auditioned for the show. As with any other competition, some emerge with victory, others go home with disappointed faces. Katrina Darell was one of those who stood out among the contestants. Well, I think wearing bikini on an audition for a phenomenal singing contest, showed worldwide at that matter, will really make stand out of the rest. And she got to kiss Ryan Seacrest!
