WWE Smackdown Live in Manila
As I was browsing through the list of events at the Ticketnet website, the WWE Smackdown Live in Manila written at the list has caught my attention. I am not really a fan of wrestling, of WWE for that matter, primarily because I am not into “fight games.” It’s also the reason why I can’t even appreciate every Manny Pacquiao game. Before though, I like watching WWE, when I was still attending my Karate-do classes.
Anyway, I thought this was good news to the WWE and wrestling fans because they will get to watch their favorite superstars wrestle over, LIVE on July 10, 2009, Friday at 7:00PM at the Araneta Coliseum.

Palarong Olimpiko 2008 sa Beijing
Hey do you know that the latest Google.com.ph has a Beijing Olympics 2008 logo? When a visitor clicked on it, it shows the search engine result pages for the keyword, Palarong Olimpino 2008 sa Beijing. This could be one source of good local traffic.
Anyway, since where talking about the Beijing Olympics, I will give you an update about the medal count and the Philippine team standing.
As of this moment, China has overpassed USA for the most medal count. Currently, the host country is bearing 32 medals, 20 of which are gold, 7 silver and 5 bronze as compared to the USA which was leading previously bearing 31 medals: 10 gold, 8 silver and 13 bronze. Australia, France and South Korea follow with 16, 14, 13 medal counts, respectively.
Regarding the Philippine team, I’ve heard that already 6 players have been booted out of their respective events. Sad.
