Thanks to the handiness of my Asus Eee PC notebook and portability of my Smart Bro prepaid internet, I am blogging now live from Taguig, amidst the screams of the crowd, almost all of them shouting in unity “We love you Chris Brown and Rihanna!”
The couple performed “Cinderella,” a remix of Rihanna’s original hit, “Umbrella”. This has heightened the emotions of the crowd, craving for more of these two music icons. Chris Brown also busted a move of his original hits “Forever” and “With You”, two of the songs that this singer has become popularly known with. As early as September 1, some radio programs are already playing Pinoy (OPM) Christmas Songs. They always add “spirit” to every Filipino’s Christmas.
I found a good resource for best Pinoy OPM Christmas songs at http://mp3code.net. The collection includes Ryan Cayabyab’s Christmas classics to own renditions of famous Pinoy bands and artists to your favorite Christmas songs.
The website also offers music codes for these OPM Christmas songs that you can add to your Friendster, Facebook and other social networking site profiles.

Eraserheads The Reunion Concert CD and DVD

The Eraserheads Reunion Concert Album will be released on November 3, 2008 by Sony BMG.
Well, here’s good news. Sony BMG Philippines is releasing the live recording of Eraserheads Reunion Concert last August 30 at the CCP, on November 3, 2008. It will contain 15 tracks which include:

Rihanna and Chris Brown Live in Manila
This has not been confirmed yet but I heard in some radio station who will be sponsoring it that Chris Brown and Rihanna will be coming to Manila on November 14, 2008 if I remembered it right. It is a rare event that two huge artists come on tour, and the Philippine fans of these two singers are fortunate enough to see them live.
Previous news stated that the schedule for Chris Brown’s visit will be on October 29 but it seems it will be pushed through because Chris Brown will be tagging along Rihanna.
Where to get tickets? Just tune in to Magic 89.9 for more news about this couple. Knowing Magic, they might also be giving free concert tickets!
Yay! This maybe the first concert of an international artist (artists for that matter) that I may witness. I’m a big fan of these two R&B singers.
