Metro Manila continues to experience heavy rains brought about by Haning Habagat.  As expected, it is flooding in some parts of Metro Manila is expected.  Recto Avenue and Espana Boulevard are reportedly flooded so classes in in all levels in University of Santo Tomas, and San Sebastian College in Recto.

Other colleges which suspended classes in all levels are:
