The new update for WordPress 2.7 has been released (available for download at the WordPress website). According to the some users who have already upgraded to the latest WordPress version, there were not much fixes on the recent WordPress release, which was concluded to reflect the well-done version of WP.
Good news to those WordPress users who upgraded to WordPress 2.7 because they don’t need to download the files manually. WordPress 2.7 offers convenience by automatically upgrading your install – a major development from previous releases.
It is still recommended that you back up your data prior to upgrading to avoid data loss.
